• Designed and built the company's full public e-commerce and trade websites from the ground up, using React with the Shopify Storefront API as a headless backend, and led the migration from Shopify to a Lovable-built React SPA.
• Own all technical SEO across both sites — prerendering, per-page metadata, JSON-LD structured data, 301 redirect mapping and blog content — alongside a full rewrite of product copy across 90+ active SKUs.
• Design and manage packaging ranges and general brand assets in Illustrator and Photoshop for internal brands and client projects, and produce motion assets in After Effects.
• Create graphic design assets and social post designs supporting marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Plan and send email campaigns to a list of 6,000–8,000 contacts using Brevo and Designmodo, and prototype site and campaign concepts in Magic Path.
• Built and run an automated weekly stock reconciliation workflow, converting warehouse PDF counts into CSV imports across both Shopify catalogues.
• Manage Google Merchant Center, Google Business Profile, Search Console and directory listings, and run backlink/PR outreach with journalists and bloggers.
• Ran a paid Reddit ad campaign to support a product giveaway.
• First point of contact for phone enquiries from public and trade customers, alongside general office administration.
